What is the return policy?We have a 10 day return policy that allows our customers to return items for a full refund or store credit. Review our Return policy for further return information or email our team at info@vintageoffmelrose.com.

Can I exchange my item?Unfortunately, as most or all of our inventory are exclusive pieces. This being most of our pieces are 1 of 1, we would not be able to exchange for the same value. However we may offer store credit for future use.

Can I see more photos of an item?We can personally send you detailed photos of any inventory piece via email and if you have any other questions or concerns, we will happily get to them accordingly.

How can I see if the clothing is damaged?As we understand most vintage inventory will not be 100% new and may have damage turn up over the years, our team details any issues with our items. Any minor damaged items like threading and age wear will be disclosed accordingly. Any major more noticeable damages will be disclosed or located in our sale page.
